I'm having the same problem on MSN where my question mark turns out to be an 脡, and so on and so forth.
I know how to fix it - click my keyboard icon, change my language back to English.
The only problem is.. I can't find my keyboard icon. I know what it is, it's not like I'm just not noticing it.. it's there if I make a new user on my laptop.
I've been trying to get it back, by going to properties and such.. but no luck.
Is there a way I can get it back?Why is my keyboard icon gone?
