For windows XP system:
1) Go to Start-%26gt;control Panel-%26gt;Date, Time, Language and Regional options-%26gt;Regional and language Options
2) Click on 'Languages' tab.
3) Click 'Details' button in 'Text services and Input languages' option.
4) Here you can see and select the different keyboard input languages installed on your system. If the laguage you want is not instaaled on your system, then you wont be able to see and select it here.
