Normally I have my keyboard working properly, but when I use Outlook Express it change and apear different signs istead of the letters I want to use.How do I setup my keyboard to my language? It only change when I use outlook express?

First of all install the language as it was described above and then change the language by pressing the ALT+Shift toghether
